(Halifax County, Va.) – More charges have been filed against a South Boston teacher. WSET13 reports that 41-year-old Katina Epps is now charged with possessing obscene material.

In April, the P.E. teacher at Cluster Springs Elementary School was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Authorities haven’t commented on the incident, which is alleged to have happened in January. Court documents remain sealed.

Epps has since resigned her teaching position at the school and investigators say the charges are not connected to any students at Cluster Springs.
