Guitar Hero Ted Nugent rocks the DPAC 8/9/12
Whether you remember him from the Amboy Dukes or his 70s-80s guitar-driven solo work, Ted Nugent still has IT...  The Motor City Madman once again proved his reputation SOLID on Thursday, August 9th, 2012 at Durham Performing Arts Center with a set full of bluesy, Motown-tinged rockers & favorites like "Hey Baby," "Cat Scratch Fever," and "Stranglehold."  (If you attended the Night Ranger / .38 Special concert at Carrington Pavilion in Danville, you may have recalled some of Ted's songwriting on Damn Yankees hits "Coming Of Age" and "High Enough" that Night Ranger's bassist / frontman Jack Blades sang that night.)
