The two major party candidates in Virginia’s closely watched governor’s race will have their third and final debate Monday night.  Republican Ed Gillespie and Democrat Ralph Northam will do their verbal sparring at the University of Virginia at Wise.  Virginia is one of only two states electing new governors this year.
