(Pittsylvania County, Va.) — The Pittsylvania County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for help in identifying the man who forced his way into a church in Cascade.

The sheriff’s office received a call of a break Sunday morning at Shiloh Baptist Church, 13602 Martinsville Highway. Security footage from the church shows a white male with glasses, a stocking cap, a three button long-sleeved shirt and camouflage pants.

He drove a mid-sized vehicle and was last seen heading west on Rt. 58, heading towards Henry County. Later that same day, the Church of Christ at 1840 Plantation Drive, Axton, reported a similar break-in.
