Authorities have arrested a 56-year-old man in connection to the pipe bomb devices sent to Democrats over the last few days.  He has been identified as Cesar Sayoc of Aventura, Florida.  At this time, it is unclear whether he has been formally charged in the rash of devices sent to multiple Democratic figures including, Former Presidents Barack Obama and his wife Michelle, Bill Clinton and his wife Hillary, and Former Vice President Joe Biden.
