(Danville, VA) – The Danville Police Department have charged two individuals in connection with the shooting incident on Moffett Street Tuesday night that struck a Virginia State Police Special Agent’s vehicle.

 

19-year-old Daviez Daquan Hairston of Danville is charged with six crimes including attempted malicious wounding, and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.  He is being held in the Danville City Jail with no bond.

 

20-year-old Gregory James Gladden of Danville is charged with Accessory after the fact to attempted malicious wounding and felony elude police.  Gladden is currently housed at the Danville City Jail under a fifteen thousand dollar bond.

Danville Police and the Virginia State police are still investigating this case.
