A grand jury decides not to indict the suspect in a fatal Danville shooting. According to the Danville Commonwealth Attorney’s Office the grand jury determined the suspect was acting in self-defense when he shot Shafi Yassin Rasheed at the Cardinal Village Apartments, Police say Rasheed and the man got into an argument over a woman when Rasheed fired at the man resulting in him firing back.
