Average gas prices across Virginia dropped by 32 cents compared to last week at $4.16 a gallon, according to AAA, while the average price of gas across the county is down by 18 cents to $4.32.

The average price of gas in Danville fell by 18 cents this week to $4.00 a gallon, while the average in Pittsylvania County dropped by 20 cents this week to $4.11 a gallon. The average price in Martinsville is down by 18 cents this week at $3.97 a gallon, while in Henry County the average price fell by 24 cents to $3.97 a gallon as well. The average price in Halifax County dropped by 21 cents this week to $3.96 a gallon.
