The Danville Police Department and One Community will once again hold Santa’s Little Blue Helpers this Christmas season. Registration will begin on Monday, Nov. 6.

This year, the department has a lofty goal of reaching 500 children who otherwise would not have any presents at all to open on Christmas morning.

Donations are now being accepted at 1 Community Way for Santa’s Little Blue Helpers.

To register your child or to make a donation, contact Cpl. Sylvia Brooks at 434-797-8898 ext. 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5. You must talk to someone at one of these extensions to set up an appointment for registration. Leaving a message does not guarantee inclusion.
