Average gas prices across Virginia remained the same again this week at $2.83 a gallon, according to AAA, while the average price of gas across the county is up by seven cents this week to $2.99.

The average price of gas in Danville is up by a penny this week to $2.67, while the average in Pittsylvania County climbed up by a nickel this week to $2.76 a gallon. The average price in Martinsville is down by two cents this week to $2.78 a gallon and in Henry County the average price is up by a penny this week at $2.74 a gallon. The average price in Halifax County remained the same this week at $2.75 a gallon.
