The Danville Fire Department responded to a reported structure fire at 171 Pineview Dr at 8 pm last night. Upon arrival units found a two car detached garage with a basement located behind the residence.

The structure was fully involved with fire and was a complete loss. There was no one in the structure at the time of the fire.

Crews extinguished the fire with no damage to other structures. Three engines, one ladder truck, a safety officer and a Battalion Chief responded.

Units were on the scene for a little over two hours. The Danville Fire Department Fire Marshalls office determined the cause to be unattended burning. No injuries were reported.
