There were no injuries during a fire in Danville on Saturday night. The Danville Fire Department responded to the fire at 11:21 pm on Haley Street.

Once on scene, units found an abandoned single wide trailer fully involved with fire. Crews deployed handlines and began a defensive attack on the trailer, the trees, the yard and prevented the fire from reaching an adjacent house.

The Fire Department responded with three engines, one tower and two support vehicles- they were assisted by Danville Life Saving Crew, Utilities department and the Police department. 

Beavers Mill Rd. was shut down completely during operations to allow access to fire hydrant across the road and the Danville Fire Marshals office is investigating the cause. Crews remained on scene for about two hours.
