MARTINSVILLE, Va. – Martinsville Police have arrested two people for a shooting that left a man on the critical list in a Roanoke hospital.

30-year-old Cristoming Hairston of Martinsville is charged with felony malicious wounding, conspiracy to commit malicious wounding, and a variety of firearms charges. 31-year-old Ella Davis of Martinsville is charged with felony malicious wounding and conspiracy to commit malicious wounding. Both are being held without bond.

Martinsville Police say the victim, 33-year-old Lesley D. Hundley, was riding a moped on West Church Street Wednesday evening when he was shot in the abdomen. He was airlifted to Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital.

Both Hairston and Davis were arrested without incident in the 500 block of Fayette Street and are being held without bond.
