(Madison, NC) – The Rockingham County Sherriff’s Office is searching for a registered sex offender. Anthony Joseph Bullins failed to report in and verify his address as of Friday.

Bullins a white male 5’10” and 160 lbs with brown hair and eyes last reported an address of 313 S. Market St. Madison, NC.

The Sherriff’s office is asking anyone with information on Mr. Bullins whereabouts to reach out to the department at 336-634-3232, 911, or through Crimestoppers.
