(Martinsville, VA) – The suspect implicated in drug related incident back in January has turned himself in to the Henry County Sheriff’s Office.
21 year old Joshua Lane Wisener of Martinsville turned himself in to authorities Tuesday afternoon. Wisener was wanted in connection with the shooting of a 17 year old in the parking lot of the BG’s Express in Martinsville back on January 25th. It was later determined that the altercation occurred over illegal narcotics.
He is currently being held without bond at the Henry County Jail and has been charged with Malicious Wounding, Robbery, Grand Larceny of a Firearm, Use of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony and Possession of a Firearm.
