A not guilty plea is filed by the suspect in a November fatal shooting in Danville. According to the Register & Bee Khaleel Latwain Rodgers of Ringgold is accused of killing Clarence James Martin Jr. Rodgers also suffered a gunshot wound resulting in a critical injury and his attorney asked for a delay in the trial as Rodgers continues to recover from his injuries.
