The South Boston Police Department is asking for assistance from the public in the case of a woman that went missing over a decade ago. Investigators are asking that anyone with information on the disappearance of 39-year-old Angela Scott Owen(Angela Scott Kilmon/Angela Scott Bowden) come forward.

Owen was last seen in the South Boston area in November 2015. Investigators believe she may have traveled or been present in North Carolina at some point on the night of her disappearance.

Foul play has not been ruled out. Investigators continue to review evidence, follow up on leads, and utilize new investigative techniques.
