Sovah Health-Danville Chief Operating Officer John Kent appeared at Tuesday’s Danville City Council meeting to give an operations update. According to the Register & Bee Kent told the council they’re facing continuing staffing shortages and the hospital’s Google user rating of 1.8 stars out of 5 is in his words “not acceptable”. The hospital received a “C” grade from Leapfrog, a nonprofit group that collects, analyzes and publishes data on safety and quality.
