The Virginia Hospital and Healthcare Association launches an online database of hospital service prices from across the the Commonwealth. According to the Virginia Mercury the site consolidates online links to pricing at every hospital in Virginia to help support patients’ health care decision-making. It includes the lower and upper limits of prices and breaks down the median price by region. The database also includes links to the financial assistance policies of individual healthcare providers.
