There were no injuries during a structure fire in Danville early on Tuesday. According to the Danville Fire Department, units responded to the reported structure fire at 427 Hampton Drive.

First arriving units found a small garage located behind the residence, heavily involved in fire.  Units began extinguishment of the fire, while also searching and verifying that no occupants were located in the garage.

The Danville Fire Department responded with three engines, one truck, one support vehicle, and one command vehicle. They were assisted on scene by the Danville Police Dept., Water & Gas, Electric contractor, and the Danville Life Saving Crew.

The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Danville Fire Marshal’s office.
